Training Update

Good workout tonight. Mark and went out around 18:15 and did an hour’s worth:

4.3 Mile run – new route around Granton, up to Ferry road and back down Craighall. Brutal up-hill bit took the wind out of both of us but we pressed it home.

3X 1 min Squats
3X 1 min Abs
3X 1 min Press-Ups

We’re boxing on Saturday as well.
