Oof. What a weekend. The end of last week was a bit strange. I had a lot of business dinners and lunches, so I wasn’t able to get much training done. In fact I had to take Thursday and Friday off.
I made up for it on Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday:

Sunday:
1 Shitty fucking game of squash against @brendanfwalsh where I played like a penis

Bit full of aches this morning. It’s a beautiful day, so I may go for a light jog tonight. We pushed pretty hard on Saturday, so I think I may take it a bit lighter tonight.
