Always wear a cup when you’re playing an IT guy
Wednesday, February 10th, 2010I’m not kidding. I was playing a (pretty hard fought) match last night against,well, let’s call him HR. He had me down two games to love until I staged a stunning comeback to tie the match. I was up 5-2 (I think) in the 5th game when he slammed the ball, maliciously, into my…. gentleman’s area. Needless to say, when I finally managed to stand again, I lost the match.
(In the interest of full disclosure, he didn’t mean to do it and it did bounce off the front wall first….thank god)
So yeah. Always wear a cup when playing an IT guy.
