Oh yeah, I hate the piano…
ho hum.
It’s Sunday morning. I have a coffee in my hand (well on my desk), and I BBC iPlayer on in the background. At the moment, I’m watching Nick Hewar going from Turkey to Kazakhstan on my SHITTY INTERNET CONNECTION. I’m slightly addicted to any and all travel shows at the moment.
Work is progressing on some of the new pieces I’ve been playing around with. I’m kind of at an impasse with the piano miniatures, as I’d forgotten that I actually don’t like the piano very much. It’s a nice enough instrument, I suppose, but I’m just not feeling it right now. Too mechanical….Too clunky.
By the way, the woman Nick is travelling with is a fucking nightmare.
